Terms of Service

The service

PromptVault is a searchable library of AI prompts. Anyone can browse titles, descriptions and previews. A paid subscription unlocks the full text of each prompt and related features such as saved favourites. We also offer free guides, which are provided as-is.

Your account

• You must give accurate details and keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• One subscription is for one person. Please don't share your login or the prompts' full text with others.

Subscription and payment

• The subscription is billed monthly in advance at the price shown when you subscribe. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Payments appear on your statement as PROMPTLLM.CO, and receipts are issued by Properly Ads Ltd.
• It renews automatically each month until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time from your Account page. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again.
• If a payment fails, we may suspend your access until it is resolved.
• If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us and we will look into it. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.
• We may change our prices with reasonable notice. A change applies from your next renewal, and you can cancel before then.

How you may use the prompts

You may use the prompts for your own personal and business purposes, including with the content you produce using them. You must not copy, resell, republish or redistribute the library, or any substantial part of it, or use it to build a competing product. All rights in the library remain with us.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site. In particular, you must not:

• scrape, bulk-download or otherwise extract the prompt library by automated means;
• attempt to bypass the subscription or access features you have not paid for;
• interfere with or try to break the security or operation of the site; or
• use the site for anything unlawful.

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.

AI output and no guarantees

Prompts are provided as general guidance. AI tools can give inaccurate or unsuitable results, and the output depends on the model you use and the details you provide. Check anything important before you rely on it. We do not promise any particular result, and the site is provided “as is” and “as available”, so it may occasionally be unavailable.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, data or business, and our total liability to you relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes and ending these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept it. You can stop using the site and close your account at any time by contacting us.
